Handmade Product Disclaimer

All our Ganapati idols are handcrafted using natural Shadu Matti and Laal Matti. As these are handmade products, slight variations in color, texture, finish, and dimensions may occur. Such variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products and shall not be considered defects.

Order Confirmation

Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Damaged Product Claims

Any claim regarding a damaged product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Customers are required to provide:

• Order Number

• Unboxing Video showing the sealed package being opened

• Clear photographs of the damaged idol

• Details of the damage

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for exchange.

Exchange Policy

If the idol is found to be damaged during transit and the claim is approved after verification, we will provide a replacement subject to product availability.

In case the same idol design is unavailable, a similar idol of equal value may be offered as a replacement.

Non-Refundable Charges

Any shipping, delivery, handling, or convenience charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
