Eco Friendly Idols is a brand owned and operated by SB Products (Sole Proprietorship). We are committed to delivering your eco-friendly Ganapati idol safely and on time.

Delivery Schedule

For Ganesh Chaturthi 2026 orders, deliveries are scheduled between:

5 September 2026 – 10 September 2026

Customers will be informed approximately 7 days before delivery through SMS, phone call, WhatsApp, or email regarding the expected delivery date.

Delivery Process

All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order during the delivery period.

Product Inspection Upon Delivery

We strongly recommend that customers inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

Before opening the package, please ensure that the outer packaging appears intact.

While opening the package, customers are advised to record a complete unboxing video from start to finish. This video may be required in case of any damage claim or exchange request.

Documents Required at Delivery

To receive the order, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order Invoice or Order Confirmation

  • Order SMS or Email Confirmation

  • Valid Government Photo ID Proof (if required)

Damaged Deliveries

If the idol is found to be damaged during transit, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

  • Order Number

  • Unboxing Video

  • Clear Photographs of the Damage

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for exchange.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the committed timelines, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Festival season demand

  • Courier partner delays

  • Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances
